Soulard's
Restaurant Cookbook
Over the years we have had many requests for our recipes. So we have published our cookbook. The Soulard's Restaurant Cookbook contains over 60 recipes, including recipes for items served in the restaurant, as well as some of our family favorites, such as those created by our mother Marge. The cookbook is available at the restaurant for $13 or, we can mail it to you ($16 to cover postage, checks only).

Our special House Salad Dressing, $4.50 for a 16oz. bottle is a customer favorite. Created by our mother, Marge, we used it at home, and it became our signature salad dressing. We can mail a quantity of our house dressing if you live out of the area, however, there are no preservatives in our dressing so we will not ship in the summer time. Call us at 314 241-7956 or drop by to pick up a bottle. Now through the end of February 2010, we will be donating a portion of sales for every bottle of House Dressing to the Haitian Relief Efforts.
