In 1997 we built our own temperature-controlled wine-cellar. This allows us to store and age our wines in ideal conditions for years, and of course, to serve them at the proper temperature (55F). We carry some excellent French wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Loire valley, and the Rhone region, as well as fine Italian and Domestic wines. We feel our wine list is one of the best in the area. In addition, we have a Reserve list of rather expensive hard-to-get wines for that special occasion.
